Ground broken for hotel under Suoi Cam Lake Tourist Area project

On October 8, Phuc An Khang Binh Phuoc Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for a nine-story hotel under the Suoi Cam Lake Tourist Area project in Binh Phuoc Ward, Dong Nai City.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Dong Nai Industrial Parks and Economic Zones Authority, along with leaders of the Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Binh Phuoc and Dong Xoai wards, as well as representatives of other relevant units.

Designed to meet three-star standards, the hotel will feature one basement level and nine above-ground floors, with a total floor area of nearly 10,000 square meters.

The Suoi Cam Lake Tourist Area project is one of the city's key projects. It has been systematically planned to develop modern urban infrastructure, create a cohesive landscape, and enhance local tourism services. Under the master plan, the nine-story hotel is to be built within the TM-05 Commercial, Service, Hotel, and Office Complex. It is envisioned as a high-rise architectural landmark that will help give the area surrounding Suoi Cam Lake a modern appearance.

At the ceremony, Phuc An Khang Binh Phuoc Joint Stock Company and representatives of the contractors pledged to mobilize maximum financial resources and management capacity, strictly control construction quality and safety, and strive to complete the hotel ahead of schedule, bring the project to completion as planned, and ensure high-quality standards, making it a worthy commercial and service destination for the city and the area surrounding Suoi Cam Lake.
