Dong Nai has two winners of 2026 Luong Dinh Cua Awards

On September 15, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union issued an official document summoning delegates to receive the 21st Luong Dinh Cua Awards 2026.

Among the 30 outstanding young people selected to receive this year’s awards, two are from Dong Nai: Le Dinh Tuan Kiet, Director of Tam Viet Chicken Farming Cooperative in Song Ray Commune, and Trieu Van Tu, head of the Tan Tien Purple-Flowered Lemon Growing and Care Vocational Group in Tan Tien Commune.

Tam Viet Chicken Farming Cooperative, headed by Le Dinh Tuan Kiet, has an annual revenue of approximately VND20 billion and provides regular employment for 40–50 local workers, with an average monthly income of VND8–12 million per person. The cooperative has contributed to creating jobs, raising incomes, and improving workers’ living conditions, actively supporting local socio-economic development.

Meanwhile, Trieu Van Tu has been developing a brand for purple-flowered lemons with a focus on safe production, helping create livelihoods and employment for local workers. The model currently has 16 members cultivating more than 20 hectares.

In addition to their production and business activities, the two award recipients actively participate in Youth Union activities and youth movements by promoting and encouraging Youth Union members and young people to join campaigns launched by Youth Union organizations at all levels. They also share their experience and encourage young people to pursue entrepreneurship, contributing to the development of youth-led economic initiatives in local communities.

The Luong Dinh Cua Award is a prestigious award presented by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to rural young people who have made outstanding achievements in production and business, the transfer of technological advances and agricultural technologies, environmental protection, and new-style rural development.

The award ceremony is expected to take place as part of the National Rural Youth Festival and 21st Luong Dinh Cua Awards 2026, scheduled to be held in Dak Lak Province from September 18–20.
