Recruitment demand was concentrated in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics, garments and textiles, technical occupations, logistics, sales and general labor.

Unskilled labor accounted for more than 85% of total recruitment demand. The job fair gives workers an opportunity to meet employers directly, learn about vacancies, salaries, benefits and job requirements. It also provides businesses with an effective platform for recruiting workers to meet their labor demand.

According to the DNESC, regular job fairs help connect labor supply with demand while supporting workers in finding suitable employment. They are especially useful for businesses seeking to expand their workforce to meet production requirements.

In August 2026 alone, total recruitment demand among businesses in Dong Nai exceeded 13,000 workers, including over 9,000 unskilled positions and nearly 4,000 technical positions.
