Bien Hoa ward hosts science and technology creativity festival

On September 13, Bien Hoa ward People's Committee held the 2026 Science and Technology Creativity Contest and Experience Festival for young people and children, attracting nearly 50 products and models created by primary, secondary and high school students in the area.

The entries covered a wide range of fields, including educational aids, computer software, environmentally friendly products, household tools, children's toys and technical solutions. Many of the ideas addressed issues such as climate change, environmental protection and energy conservation, while promoting the use of technology in everyday life.

At the contest, students introduced and presented the products they had researched, designed and developed themselves. The activity gave them an opportunity to apply their knowledge to real-life problems while developing creative thinking and presentation skills and strengthening their ability to work independently and proactively.

In addition to the competition, the festival offered a range of science and technology experiences, including robotics, robot soccer, chess and interactive digital games. These activities gave students a more hands-on experience with STEM, robotics, AI, IoT and digital technologies in a lively and engaging environment.

This was the first time Bien Hoa ward had organized a science and technology creativity contest and experience festival for young people and children. The event not only provided students with an engaging opportunity to learn and explore but also helped foster their interest in scientific discovery, encouraging them to explore, experiment and turn their ideas into tangible products. It also helped build a learning environment that promotes creativity and digital transformation, while nurturing students' interest in science and technology from an early age.
