Dong Tien Company spends 1.5 billion VND on holiday bonuses for employees

On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – 2026) and International Workers’ Day (May 1), Dong Tien Joint Stock Company (Amata Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province) has decided to allocate VND 1.5 billion for holiday bonuses for its employees, along with organizing meaningful activities during Workers’ Month 2026.

Accordingly, each employee will receive a holiday bonus of VND 400,000. In addition, in preparation for the launch of Workers’ Month and in response to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health 2026, the company, in coordination with its grassroots trade union, has developed various practical programs to support union members and employees. Specifically, each union member will receive a gift worth VND 150,000, with the total estimated budget reaching VND 555 million. The grassroots trade union will also provide support to disadvantaged union members, with each case receiving VND 2 million, totaling an estimated VND 90 million.

Dong Tien Joint Stock Company currently employs nearly 3,700 workers. In addition to bonuses and gifts, the company’s Trade Union Executive Committee and Youth Union will jointly organize a sports festival featuring activities such as mini football, badminton, tug of war, stilt walking, cross-country running, and slow cycling.
