(ĐN)- Tan Phat Dat Service and Trade Company Limited recently awarded a scholarship valued at VND 2.7 million to Le Quang Hoang Thanh, an 11th grade student of Long Khanh town’s Truong Vinh Ky High School.
(ĐN)- Tan Phat Dat Service and Trade Company Limited recently awarded a scholarship valued at VND 2.7 million to Le Quang Hoang Thanh, an 11th grade student of Long Khanh town’s Truong Vinh Ky High School. In addition to the scholarship, Thanh also received gift, notebooks and clothes. He will continue to receive the scholarship from Tan Phat Dat company until his high school graduation.
Thanh was born in Binh Thuan province. His childhood was unhappy because his parents got divorced when he was only one year old and then he was raised by his mother who later remarried and had two children . However, his family is very poor with his mother working as a hired labor and his stepfather being a stone cutter to support the livelihood of three children.
Due to poor living conditions, Thanh left the family to move to Long Khanh town for trying to stand his own feet. Although living in difficult conditions, Thanh has studied very hard and got excellent results in learning. He has passed the high school entrance exam successfully and was enrolled in Truong Vinh Ky High School. He frequently take time off from his studies, often to work to earn money for tuition and living expenses. His case was described in Dong Nai Newspaper dated
