Accordingly, the company’s 2,000 employees and workers have attended in short-time training courses such as company regulations relating to labor safety, fire preventation and fight, new technology development and market expasion etc.
DONA BITI’S is presently footwear producing company that has the largest production scale in Dong Nai. The company has created jobs for over 3,000 laborers and paid its employees an average salary of more than VND 1 million per month. DONA BITI’S reaches annual turnover of about VND 300 billion. In the first four months of this year, the company’s turnover has achieved 32 % of the year plan.
