On May 4, a working delegation from Dong Nai City, including Director of the Department of Science and Technology Pham Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Huu Dinh, along with representatives of relevant departments and agencies, conducted a study visit to Da Nang to learn from its experience in digital transformation, science and technology management, and innovation.
Receiving and working with the delegation were Director of the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Thanh Hong, together with representatives of related agencies.

At the meeting, both sides exchanged views and shared experience on Da Nang’s program to promote the application and development of blockchain technology through 2030, as well as digital applications in e-commerce. Discussions also covered data resources and operational scenarios at the intelligent operations center (IOC), experience in building innovation ecosystems, and investment plans for computing infrastructure to support semiconductor chip design and artificial intelligence research and development.

Following the working session, the Dong Nai delegation toured and studied operational models at the Da Nang Public Administrative Service Center, smart city solutions, digital twin systems, KPI-based performance evaluation software, as well as innovation startup centers and business incubators.
