Dong Nai: Various policies on attracting high-quality human resources

On March 24, Le Truong Son, Member of Dong Nai Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee held a working session with the Department of Home Affairs regarding a draft Resolution on policies to attract and utilize talented individuals and high-quality human resources in Dong Nai Province.

According to the report by the Department of Home Affairs, the draft Resolution stipulating policies to attract and utilize talented people and high-quality human resources in the province specifies the applicable subjects: excellent graduates from universities; those with academic titles and degrees; Professors, Associate Professors; cadres, civil servants, and public employees with outstanding capabilities who have excellently completed their tasks and public service duties; managers, experts, leading scientists, talented individuals working in other fields, regions, and localities that the province needs to attract, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.

Talent attraction policies include: one-time financial support, income policies, specific policies for particularly difficult, border areas, housing and travel support; training, fostering, priority in recruitment and personnel work, policies for cadres when relocating to attraction areas, and policies for honoring and commending cases with projects, schemes, topics, technical innovation solutions, initiatives recognized and rated excellent by the provincial level or higher, and effectively applied.

According to the Department of Home Affairs, establishing a comprehensive Resolution on attracting and utilizing talented individuals is essential. It aims to concretize the policies and guidelines of the Party and the Government, while also serving as a unified and overarching framework for talent attraction across the province. Based on this Resolution, the Department will advise the Provincial People’s Committee in submitting it to the Provincial People’s Council. At the same time, relevant agencies and units will proactively implement the policies or advise on the development of sector-specific resolutions tailored to their respective fields of management.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son acknowledged the contributions and feedback from participating departments and agencies. He also requested the Department of Home Affairs and relevant departments and agencies to continue researching and synthesizing to ensure that the draft Resolution stipulating policies to attract and utilize talented people and high-quality human resources in the province is consistent with the specific characteristics of each sector but must adhere to the province's general policy framework.
