Deputy Minister of Transport Ngo Thinh Duc, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Pham Khanh and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The new by-pass road will span across 12.2km, linking Trang Bom district with gate 11 in Bien Hoa city and and allow a maximum speed of 80 kilometers per hour. Implementation of the project will be divided into two phases. The BOT (build-operate-transfer) project is expected to be completed within 27 months with the first-phase investment of VND 751 billion.
Speaking at the ground breaking ceremony, leaders of ministries and Dong Nai province said that it is very necessary for the investment in construction of the new bypass road which will help ease Bien Hoa city’s traffic congestion, bring down traffic problems as well as promote socio-economic development in Bien Hoa city in particluar and Dong Nai province in gerenal.
