Over the past five years, the programme has mobilized more than VND15 billion for heart surgeries for 330 poor children around the province.
Reportedly, the program is planning to arrange heart-related operations for nearly 200 children in coming time. Deputy Director of Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs Huynh Thi Nghia expressed her hope that the program will continue to receive significant financial support from the community and society to help the children to have a happy and normal life.
