According to the provincial Steering Committee on Population and Housing Census, the Census in the province has been completed for 1,060,849 people living in 267,642 households after five days. Till date, over 50 per cent of the census in Dong Nai have been covered.
Addressing at the working session, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh praised efforts of the local media and press agencies before and during the census period. He also urged them to continue their efforts to raise the people’s awareness of the important significance of the census.
