(ĐN)- Recently, Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Nguyen and Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai, Vice Chairwoman and Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, has received Malaysian delegation of SP Setia BHD Group led by Mr. Sri Liew Kee Sin, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, visiting to seek investment opportunities in the real estate field in Dong Nai.

Nhon Trach new urban area
The projects of new urban area construction in Bien Hoa city , Long Khanh town, Nhon Trach district, Long Thanh district and Trang Bom district were introduced to the delegation by the provincial leader. The leaders of SP Setia paid much attention to the projects which are included in the provincial list of encouraged investment. They were very interested in the projects such as new urban area development in Tan Van island, Bien Hoa city, Nhon Trach new urban area, high class apartments for foreign experts who are working in Dong Nai, residential area for low-income people. Besides, the leaders of SP Setia also raised some questions concerning state policies for land use, policies for real estate investments and policies for buyers of such properties etc. Mr. Sri Liew Kee Sin told provincial leaders he will come back soon to Dong Nai to discuss further details of projects which will be invested in the province. He also revealed that SP Setia is planning to establish a representative office in
Nguyen hoped that SP Setia group will invest in some real estate projects in Dong Nai; this will help to develop infrastructure in Dong Nai. In addition, the provincial leaders promised to provide SP Setia group with necessary information which is useful for investment purposes.
