(ĐN)- As part of its diversified business practice, Dong Nai Rubber Company (Donaruco) has recently invested to build Bau Xeo residential area in Trang Bom townlet (Trang Bom district) worth VND314 billion. The construction of the new residential area began in the morning of January 10. The project covers an area of 14.5 ha with a building area of 56,000 square meters. Bau Xeo residential area will include a 4-storey apartment block, tenement houses, villas, apartments, kindergarten, park, etc. It is designed to house 3.500 residents including workers working in Bau Xeo and
Donaruco is going to build additional two new residential areas in Xom Ho (Thong Nhat district) and Long An (Long Thanh district) in the middle of this year.
