Long Thanh Factory’s WWTP begins construction

(ĐN) – Dong Nai Rubber Company (Donaruco) has just invested VND 10.2 billion to build a waste water treatment plant (WWTP) at the Long Thanh Factory. The construction of the WWTP is carrying out by Malaysia’s Eco Water Limited. The placement will be for a period of 6 months starting in the morning of January 10.

(ĐN) – Dong Nai Rubber Company (Donaruco) has just invested VND 10.2 billion to build a waste water treatment plant (WWTP) at the Long Thanh Factory. The construction of the WWTP is carrying out by Malaysia’s Eco Water Limited. The placement will be for a period of 6 months starting in the morning of January 10. The WWTP helps to isolate and remove or alter the harmful substances that degrade water quality for all aquatic life. The WWTP aims at reduced discharges of wastewater and less pollution of watercourses. Besides, it enables the factory to collect and recycle latex waste from rubber production.

Long Thanh factory is among 4 rubber processing facilities under Dong Nai Rubber Company. It has annual production capacity of 15,000 tonnes with its waste water discharges amounting to 2,000 cubic meters per day.
