President Tran Duc Luong will begin his official visit to the People’s Republic of China today at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Hu Jintao.
President Luong’s entourage includes Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Dy Nien, Minister and Director of the Presidential Office Nguyen Van Chien, Minister of Trade Truong Dinh Tuyen, Minister of Planning and Investment Vo Hong Phuc, Minister of Industry Hoang Trung Hai and Minister of Culture and Information Pham Quang Nghi.
The delegation also has officials from ministries, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
