The two localities that have completed the handover of all land for Phase 1 are An Vien Commune (3.75 hectares), and Binh Minh Commune (more than 22 hectares). In the seven remaining communes and wards traversed by the project, land handover rates for Phase 1 currently range from nearly 87% to more than 99%.

The section of Ho Chi Minh City’s Ring Road 4 passing through Dong Nai City is divided into two component projects. Component Project 1 covers compensation, support and resettlement, as well as the construction of service roads and frontage roads within Dong Nai City. These roads have a combined length of nearly 62 kilometers. Component Project 2 involves construction of the expressway section from Chau Duc Bridge to Thu Bien Bridge, including Thu Bien Bridge, with a total length of more than 46 kilometers.

To implement the project, local authorities and relevant units must acquire more than 443 hectares of land, including over 302 hectares for Phase 1.

For Phase 1, the relevant units have completed 100% of land inventory work and more than 99% of land-origin verification. Compensation and support plans have been approved for nearly 98% of the required land area.

Regarding land handover, the Dong Nai City Management Board for Transport Construction Investment Projects has received more than 285 hectares, equivalent to over 94% of the total land area required for Phase 1.

For Phase 2 site clearance, the relevant units have completed the on-site marking of the land clearance boundaries and handed over the boundary markers to all nine communes and wards. They have also transferred the land acquisition maps and technical records of all nine localities to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center. Relevant units are now proceeding with compensation work for Phase 2.
