Construction of the Cai Riverside Road, running from Ha Huy Giap Street to Tran Quoc Toan Street, is being stepped up, with completion targeted for 2026.
Despite prolonged heavy rain, high tides and difficulties in obtaining construction materials, contractors are mobilizing additional workers and equipment and working on multiple sections simultaneously to make up for delays.
