Particularly, domestic collection fulfilled 66 percent of the projected target; collection from the local state-owned enterprises achieved 82 percent, from the central enterprises, 80 percent; from foreign-invested enterprises, 62 percent; from individual income tax, 38 percent.
Meanwhile, the State budget expenditures in the past 8 months is estimated to reach more than VND2,547 billion or 63 percent of the year’s plan, of which regular spending is 62 percent, investment and development spending is 47 percent.
