Vietnamese High Quality Product Fair attracts over 250,000 visitors

(ĐN)- The second High-quality Vietnamese Product Fair took place at Dong Nai the province’s Sport-Culture Complex from September 1-6. The fair had 420 stands from 150 businesses showcasing high-quality products chosen by consumers on both the domestic and export markets. The number of visitors hit a new record of high-quality products fair, a total of more than 250,000 and the fair earned nearly VND 23 billion. Many businesses recorded high sales turnover including Chi Thanh Plastic company nearly VND 570 million, the Binh Tien (Bitis) company VND 440 million, Van Thanh Cushion VND 421 million…

As many as 112 memoranda of understanding and 86 contracts were signed during the six-day fair.

The fair was jointly organized by the Center of Business Studies and Assistance (BSA), Saigon Marketing Magazine, the High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Businesses Club and Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade.

The six-day fair featured a wide range of products, including household utensils, food, building materials, interior decorations, garments, handicrafts, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Many of these products were sold at discount prices from 10% - 40%.

The organizers hoped the fair would offer an opportunity for businesses to build their trademarks and encourage consumers to use domestically-made products.
