Since 1996 till now, about 24 local enterprises have been awarded the Vietnam Quality Award and one received the International Asia Pacific Quality Award. As know, the Vietnam Quality Award was established in 1995 by the Ministry of Science and Technology, aiming at encouraging production business and service organizations to improve quality of their activities for higher competitiveness on the domestic and overseas markets. The VQA is annually presented to organizations with outstanding quality achievements, positive impacts on the society and good business performance.
