Particularly, the collection from the central enterprises grew by 10 percent to around VND256 billion, collection from the local state-owned enterprises increased by 3 percent to more than VND441 billion, from foreign-invested enterprises rose 14 percent to VND783 billion and collection from non-state enterprises up 7 percent to nearly VND456 billion.
