(ĐN)- According to information from Department of Industry and Trade, the province’s sugar sector produced more than 5,500 tones in February.
Dong Nai presently has over 7,000 ha of sugar cane with an average productivity of 50 tonnes per ha, an decrease of 2,000 ha over the last year. The sugar-cane is popularly planted in the districts of Vinh Cuu, Xuan Loc and Nhon Trach.
