(ĐN)- According to Tran Quoc Tuan, Director of Dong Nai Branch of the State Bank of Vietnam, commercial banks in Dong Nai have allocated a combined amount of about VND 2,345 billion for lending to firms under the subsidised interest programme until today, February 26, 2009.
(ĐN)- According to Tran Quoc Tuan, Director of Dong Nai Branch of the State Bank of Vietnam, commercial banks in Dong Nai have allocated a combined amount of about VND 2,345 billion for lending to firms under the subsidised interest programme until today, February 26, 2009. Banks in the province has so far provided about 12.4 per cent of the total lending under the programme for local firms. Particularly, Vietcombank announced that the bank allocated about VND540 billion to loans for eligible borrowers, while Agribank said it allocated VN 450 billion to its interest-subsidy programme and Vietinbank lent VND 200 billion to local manufacturers ….
Mr. Tuan also said that Dong Nai Branch of the State Bank of Vietnam would increase supervision over banks’ distribution of loans in order to effectively conduct the policy.
