(ĐN)- In the past time, nearly 1,000 ha of pepper plants in the province has been devastated by a fungus-like disease; however, thanks to applying suitable cultivation techniques, the pepper garden of Mr. Nguyen Huu Khiem in Tan Phu district’s Phu Lap commune reached a capacity of 6.8 tons/ha, the highest capacity in Tan Phu until now.
(ĐN)- In the past time, nearly 1,000 ha of pepper plants in the province has been devastated by a fungus-like disease; however, thanks to applying suitable cultivation techniques, the pepper garden of Mr. Nguyen Huu Khiem in Tan Phu district’s Phu Lap commune reached a capacity of 6.8 tons/ha, the highest capacity in Tan Phu until now. According to Khiem, his pepper garden only use microorganism organic fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers over the past three years. Dong Nai now has around 7,000 ha of pepper with an average yield of 1.5 tons per ha.
