(ĐN)- Lately, provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations held the 9th open executive board conference to discuss the implementation of the Decision of the provincial People’s Committee on reducing state support to Union of Science and Technology Associations and its members, with the focus on raising the operation quality of the union and training professional staffs. From now until 2010, the union will concentrate on building the center of consulting and new technology application to support for enterprises. As known, the provincial Union of Science and Technology Association will completely independent in operation and finance by 2010.
