(ĐN)- According to Deputy Director of Dong Nai Rubber Company (Donaruco) Nguyen Thi Gai, the company is seeking Viet Nam Rubber Group’s approval to establish parent-subsidiary model this year. During the past time, Donaruco have invested in many fields such as industrial zone infrastructure business, real estate, development of urban and residential areas, etc. Presently, the company’s transportation and construction enterprise has been equitized while Hang Gon and Ong Que farms will be also equitized in the coming time. Besides, the Donaruco has entered into joint ventures with partners to set up Bao Lam-Lam Dong Rubber J.S Co. and other Rubber Company in
Currently, the company provides jobs for 14,560 employees with an average monthly income of VND5 million. With an annual turnover of nearly VND2,000 billion, Donaruco is estimated to reach before-tax profit of more than VND800 billion in 2008, VND100 billion higher than that of previous year.
