3,556 out of 8,216 hectares of land in Dong Nai’s 27 industrial parks has been leased to investors. Of which, 100 per cent of land at the industrial parks of Bien Hoa 2, Go Dau, Loteco, Nhon Trach 2, Nhon Trach 3 (first phase), Bien Hoa I, Tam Phuoc, Dinh Quan has been leased.
In the first five months of this year, Dong Nai-based industrial park infrastructure development companies invested about VND 319 billion and $4.5 million for infrastructure construction.
