(ĐN)- Tin Nghia one-member limited liability company is now offering to sell its apartments at Tan Bien 2 residential area with the average price of VND1.5 billion each. The Tan Bien 2 residential area is built on an area of 30,817 sq.m, including 165 attached houses and a 11-storey apartment building. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in August 2008.
In the coming time, Tin Nghia will start construction of a high-class residential area in Bien Hoa city’s Quang Vinh ward and Phu Thanh – Long Tan residential area in Nhon Trach district. So far, Tin Nghia has invested nearly VND20 trillion to build 9 residential areas with a total area of 1,100 hectares. Reported by X.P
