All bicycles presented to the students were sponsored by the VTBA in Dong Nai with a total sponsorship of approximately VND 100 million. The charity program is part of a series of activities carried out by the VTBA in Dong Nai in 2026, including donations to charity funds for several social protection centers and the presentation of Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to disadvantaged residents. The activities demonstrate Taiwanese businesses’ support for social welfare efforts in the city.

Loc Thanh Primary and Secondary School is located in a border commune of Dong Nai City. Most of the school's students are from ethnic minority groups, many of whom come from disadvantaged backgrounds. The bicycle donation program helped students in the border region overcome difficulties and make progress in their studies.
