On September 30, a delegation from the Standing Board of the Dong Nai City People's Council, led by Tran Van Mi, Member of the City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the City People's Council, inspected the progress of key projects and works, as well as land acquisition projects for auctions of land use rights in the city.
Joining the delegation were leaders of relevant departments and agencies, leaders of localities where the projects are being implemented, and representatives of the City Land Fund Development Center and its branches in Long Thanh, Long Khanh, Trang Bom, and Xuan Loc.

The delegation conducted field surveys and inspections of actual construction progress, as well as compensation and site clearance work, for three projects: provincial roads DT.769, DT.770B, and DT.773.
Overall, compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance work have been actively carried out by the City Land Fund Development Center and its branches in accordance with plans assigned by the City People's Committee. Difficulties and obstacles arising during project implementation were promptly reported to the City People's Committee and relevant levels and agencies for guidance and resolution.

According to reports from the Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center, to date, 186.12 hectares have been handed over for the DT.770B project, representing a site handover rate of 69.3%; 133.9 hectares have been handed over for the DT.773 project, reaching 59.67%; and the DT.769 project has reached a site handover rate of 54.01%.
Following the compilation and review of resettlement cases under the projects, 3,418 cases were identified, of which 1,809 are eligible for resettlement. Current resettlement land reserves have yet to meet the needs of some ongoing projects. Causes of the slow site handover for the three projects include obstacles in verifying land origins and delays by the Dong Nai Rubber Corporation in clearing rubber trees within project areas. Disbursement, investment, and infrastructure completion in some resettlement areas also remain slow, creating difficulties in advocacy work and in building public consensus for project implementation. All these issues were reported to the supervisory delegation by the relevant parties.
According to the plan, the delegation will continue conducting on-site inspection of the following projects: the investment and construction of the Gia Nghia–Chon Thanh section of the western North–South Expressway; and conducting surveys of three land acquisition projects for land use rights auctions in Nhon Trach Ward, Phuoc An Commune, and Long Phuoc Commune.
