In his opening remarks, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association Tran Thanh Nam said the exhibition provides an opportunity for artists, painters and artisans in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City to interact and exchange creative ideas. The event helps bring art closer to the public, particularly students, while creating a space for learners to gain closer exposure to new developments in fine arts, learn from them and make observations through practical experience, thereby better supporting their studies.

The works on display are diverse in both content and form, with ceramics among the materials widely explored by the participating artists. Many works were created using multi-layer glazing techniques, allowing the glazes to interact naturally during the firing process and form natural, irregular, yet highly aesthetic structures that reflect the distinctive artistic signature of each artist. Notably, many of the works are large in scale, entirely handcrafted and fired at temperatures of approximately 1,000 degrees Celsius.
