Workers actively engage in production emulation

Notably, employees proactively register creative projects and propose initiatives because they understand the machinery, products, processes, and, more importantly, the issues arising in actual production.
Nguyen Thi Nga, a worker at Advanced International Multitech (Vietnam) Corporation Ltd. in Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Ward, said the movement to promote initiatives and technical improvements is implemented in every production department, with the number of initiatives depending on the specific nature of the work and the number of workers. Initiatives assessed as feasible are reviewed by the company, supported for implementation, and appropriately rewarded.
At many enterprises, grassroots trade unions play an important role in deepening emulation movements toward the goal of creating stable jobs, increasing incomes, and improving the lives of employees in the city. Pham Trung Thuyen, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union at Vedan Vietnam Enterprise Corp., Ltd. in Phuoc Thai Commune, said the Trade Union coordinates with the company to launch emulation movements, encouraging workers to develop 3R improvement projects and process improvement projects within the ISO management system. Many notable initiatives focus on saving materials, reducing costs, minimizing machine downtime, reusing materials, and protecting the environment while simultaneously improving production efficiency and product quality.
Trade unions at all levels in the city are determined to successfully achieve the target of 9,000 initiatives, scientific projects, and technical improvements during the 2026-2027 period, while continuing to maintain and promote the effectiveness of the movement through 2030, contributing to the successful implementation of the city’s socio-economic development goals and the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign themed “Unity – Discipline – Efficiency – Breakthrough, building a civilized and modern Dong Nai.”
