During the on-site inspection, Vice Chairwoman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang examined the reception and file-processing areas and discussed workload management, the implementation of administrative procedure workflows, and emerging difficulties with officials and civil servants. She also spoke directly with citizens visiting the center to carry out administrative procedures to gather their feedback on the guidance, reception, and processing of their files.
Nguyen Thi Hoang acknowledged the sense of responsibility and service attitude demonstrated by the center's staff and urged them to continue proactively coordinating, guiding, and supporting citizens and businesses during the processing of administrative procedures.
She noted that the resolution of administrative procedures requires not only compliance with regulations and deadlines but also the creation of favorable conditions for citizens and businesses. Issues arising during the reception and processing of files must be promptly addressed through coordination to minimize the need for citizens to make repeat visits.

Vice Chairwoman of the City People’s Committee requested that the center continue to strictly implement Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU dated May 1, 2026, issued by the City Party Committee’s Executive Board, linking administrative reform with the progress, quality, and efficiency of task handling. She also emphasized compliance with the City People's Committee's directives on administrative reform, including Directive No. 03/CT-UBND dated June 15, 2026, issued by the Chairman of the City People's Committee.
She requested that the center regularly monitor and review file-processing progress and proactively coordinate with relevant agencies and units to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles, particularly for files at risk of missing deadlines. Officials and civil servants are expected to continue strengthening their sense of responsibility, discipline, and administrative rigor while proactively guiding and supporting citizens and businesses to improve service quality.

Previously, in implementing Directive No. 03/CT-UBND issued by the Chairman of the City People's Committee on June 15, 2026, regarding the implementation of administrative reform goals and tasks, the City People's Committee Office regularly monitored and evaluated the reception and resolution of files on the City's Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System. This enabled the office to promptly advise the City People's Committee leadership on directing the review and handling of overdue files, particularly those in the land sector.
According to data from the City's Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System, from July 15 to August 15, 2026, the entire city received 88,243 administrative procedure files, including 62,521 newly received during the period. The online submission rate reached 99.97%. For resolved files, departments, agencies, and sectors recorded an early or on-time completion rate of 99.87%, while commune-level People's Committees recorded a rate of 99.84%.
