Enhancing skills in processing sci-tech administrative procedures

On September 15, the Ministry of Science and Technology held a seminar to improve skills in receiving applications, returning results, and processing administrative procedures related to science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

The Dong Nai City delegation attending the seminar included Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Thanh Phong and representatives of the Dong Nai Public Administration Service Center and specialized divisions under the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology.

The seminar aimed to enhance professional capacity and operational skills while providing a forum for direct exchanges and the resolution of obstacles between central agencies and personnel responsible for receiving applications and processing administrative procedures in the field of science and technology at departments of science and technology and public administration service centers in localities nationwide.

The seminar focused on discussing and updating new regulations and disseminating legal documents, policies, and the latest list of administrative procedures in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. Relevant ministries, sectors, and units shared information on guidelines for implementing certain procedures on the National Public Service Portal; experience in the practical implementation of Smart Kiosk models at one-stop shops and public administration service centers; guidance on accessing and reusing databases on the Ministry of Science and Technology's administrative procedure processing information system to support application processing; and guidance on processes and procedures for several administrative procedures that have been decentralized to local authorities.
