The Provincial People's Committee assigned this task to the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, and the department is currently collaborating with technology providers to develop an AI-powered portal to respond to policy-related questions, helping enterprises and household businesses access information quickly and conveniently.
In reality, feedback from residents and enterprises, particularly regarding business and tax policies, indicates that many household businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises continue to face difficulties in the digital transformation process. This platform is a relatively new field, and there are still limitations in terms of management tools, software, digital platforms, as well as the implementation of e-invoices, digital signatures, financial-accounting management, and tax reporting.
For small and medium-sized enterprises, household businesses, and small retail shops, Dong Nai will provide support programs for digital transformation. The goal for 2026 is to ensure that 100% of shops and household businesses have access to information about the program and receive support. It also aims to complete a comprehensive survey and assessment of all household businesses. In addition, 100% of participating households will be provided with consultation, support, and opportunities to experience suitable digital platforms.

Representatives from software and technology service providers introduced solutions that are now being applied in several locations nationwide. The participants also discussed practical issues faced by enterprises in Dong Nai and identified challenges to reach a consensus and find suitable solutions for supporting enterprises and household businesses.
Speaking at the meeting, Nguyen Minh Quang, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, asked the units to immediately prepare for surveys, create plans, and set up training sessions so that the program can be implemented immediately as soon as it is officially issued, preventing duplication and overlap. With determination and close coordination, the program is anticipated to be successfully implemented across the province, creating a foundation for future replication.
