4,200-unit social housing project in Nhon Trach approved

(ĐN)- On April 22, Chairman Vo Tan Duc of Dong Nai provincial People's Committee approved Phu Hoi Urban Area Co. as the investor for a social housing project in Long Tan and Phu Hoi communes, Nhon Trach district.

The project covers an area of 9 hectares and includes over 4,200 houses.

The province requested the company to urgently coordinate with relevant departments to finalize procedures for adjusting the investment policy and land allocation decisions. The project is expected to start in third quarter of this year, contributing to the province’s social housing development targets.
