Dong Nai welcomes over 1.7 million tourists in 5 months

(ĐN)- According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Dong Nai welcomed more than 1.7 million visitors in the first five months of 2025, a 19% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Among them, over 52,000 were international tourists. Tourism revenue reached over VND 1.2 trillion, up 29% year-on-year.

The province is currently home to 40 domestic and 13 international travel agencies, along with four branches or representative offices of travel companies based in other provinces and cities.

To ensure safe and lawful tourism activities, the department has urged local authorities and related agencies to only sign contracts with licensed travel companies for domestic and international tours, safeguarding tourists’ rights.
