The 2025 Dong Nai Pottery – Hot Air Balloon Festival wrapped up after four vibrant days, leaving strong impressions on tens of thousands of local and international visitors. As the largest festival ever held in the province, the event was entirely funded by socialized sources, totaling 14 billion VND, and received widespread support from businesses inside and outside Dong Nai.

The festival featured a record-breaking hot air balloon show with 50 balloons, officially recognized as the largest of its kind in Vietnam. Key sponsors, including Chien Thang Company and Son Tien Ecotourism City, played crucial roles in organizing and hosting the hot air balloon activities. Additional support came from corporations such as Kim Oanh Group, Vietcombank Dong Nai, and several major banks and real estate firms.

The event also included an extensive ceramic exhibition, showcasing thousands of products from dozens of pottery enterprises across the country, and highlighted Dong Nai’s efforts to preserve and promote its traditional Biên Hòa pottery.

According to provincial leaders, the festival not only celebrated the 50th anniversary of southern liberation but also marked a strategic step in positioning Đồng Nai as a dynamic tourism destination. With hot air ballooning offering unique aerial views and experiences, the province aims to build a distinctive tourism brand that blends tradition with modern innovation. The festival embodies the spirit of “Rising Dong Nai – Pride of the heroic Southeast,” symbolizing the province’s aspirations for creativity and integration in a new era.
