The program combined in-person and online discussions between guests and union members and workers, with livestreams broadcast on the city Labor Federation’s media platforms and the “Workers’ Rendezvous” program channels.
Under the theme “Mastering Emotions – The Key to Workplace Success,” the event focused on discussing emotions commonly experienced under pressure from work and family responsibilities. It also provided participants with skills for coping with stress, resolving disagreements and handling unexpected situations in the workplace. The program highlighted the role of Trade Unions in improving workers’ emotional well-being, providing support, standing alongside employees and protecting their legitimate rights and interests.
At the event, union members and workers asked questions both in person and online, sharing real-life situations related to the theme. Guests provided specific, detailed answers, along with analysis and practical advice to help workers recognize and manage their emotions, calmly handle situations as they arise, and improve their communication and interpersonal skills in the workplace. These exchanges also helped workers better cope with pressure and build positive relationships with colleagues, contributing to improved work performance and quality of life.

According to Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai City Labor Federation, Trade Unions hope the “Workers’ Rendezvous” program will create another, more approachable channel for listening to workers, sharing their concerns and standing alongside them, thereby helping to improve workers’ emotional well-being, build a positive working environment and promote harmonious, stable labor relations.
