Long Thanh airport opens recruitment for multiple attractive positions

Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) has announced its first-round recruitment drive for Long Thanh International Airport (phase 1), located in Long Thanh commune, Dong Nai province.

According to the announcement, ACV is recruiting for seven positions in this initial phase, including service quality control specialists, aviation safety specialists, safety staff, drivers and ground equipment operators, fire prevention and firefighting personnel, as well as technical maintenance and equipment operation staff.

Applicants must be Vietnamese citizens with clear backgrounds and at least a high school diploma. They are also required to possess basic skills in document drafting, report writing, and communication. The maximum age ranges from 30 to 35 depending on the job position, while additional requirements on professional qualifications, foreign languages, and relevant certifications must also be met.

In terms of working conditions, employees will work full-time under either administrative hours or shift-based schedules, with total working time not exceeding 48 hours per week. They will be entitled to full benefits in accordance with regulations, alongside competitive salaries and bonuses, with monthly income starting from no less than VND15 million. In addition, employees will receive training and skills development aligned with their job roles.

Interested candidates may submit their applications in person or via express delivery to Long Thanh International Airport at No. 2 Song Day, Tan Son Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City, or send scanned documents via email to Hr.lth@acv.vn. The application deadline is April 30, 2026.

Earlier, in August 2025, the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, in coordination with ACV, organized a job fair for Long Thanh Airport offering more than 3,000 employment opportunities. Looking ahead, phase 1 of the airport, expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026, will require nearly 14,000 workers across multiple sectors.

Among these, demand is highest in aviation services with nearly 9,000 positions, followed by airport operations, air traffic management, air transport, and aviation authorities.
