Nguyen Duy Phu, Production Supervisor of Diep Nam Phuong Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd., said: Currently, the working capacity of workers has reached over 80% to promptly meet early-year orders. Along with increasing productivity, the company particularly focuses on controlling product quality and adhering to technical processes. "We proactively arrange human resources reasonably, strengthen coordination between divisions to ensure progress while maintaining quality and occupational safety," Phu shared.
