(ĐN)- Over the past five months, thanks to cameras, police in Bien Hoa city handled 15,566 traffic violations and collected fines of more than VND5 billion.
As known, Dong Nai Police have spent some VND92 billion on installing traffic cameras in Bien Hoa city to help curb traffic violations and accidents in the locality.
As many as 58 cameras have been installed at 25 points along crowded road junctions in the city. The cameras are expected to help police maintain better control over traffic flows and impose fines for violations.
