A road accident took place this morning on the National Route 1A in the southern Dong Nai Province, which killed one and severely injured two others.
A concrete mixer truck hit two motorbikes in a row before hitting the rear end of another truck near the Tam Hiep roundabout close to Bien Hoa City.
A female victim was killed on the spot, while two others were rushed to the Dong Nai Hospital.
The police have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the accident.
Another collision between a truck and a passenger coach occurred later in the day at the same spot, which resulted in a traffic jam lasting for hours.
