(ĐN)- To mark the 70th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944-2014), Cam My district officials and soldiers began their community work at Xuan Hung commune on December 14.
After the launching ceremony, the district’s soldiers cooperated with local youth members and people to upgrade rural traffic roads, dredged canals and collect garbage at public places.
The delegation presented 84 gifts, 20 scholarships, 2 bicycles and provide capital support to needy people.
On this occasion, Cam My district’s General Hospital offered free medical check-ups and medicines to more than 300 locals.
