(ĐN)- For four months, beginning on December 5, road users in Dong Nai have an opportunity to change their low-quality helmets for a new standard of protective headwear under a programme established by the province’s traffic safety committee.
People can enjoy the discount of VND50,000-70,000 depending on the helmet model.
buy the new helmets in Long Khan town, Bien Hoa city and 11 districts around the province.
The cost of the new helmets are partly subsidised under the programme, held in response to a National Committee for Traffic Safety policy.
