This is part of the province’s training plan on human resources development in 2011-2015 period with the aim to provide better skills as well as improve the foreign language proficiency to help the civil servants be confident with international integration, and promote the external relations in the province in the incoming time.
During the 7-week course, the participants will be trained with many special subjects relating to translation and interpretation skills and how to become a professional translator and interpreter.
