450 houses for low-income earners

(ĐN)- Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation (IDICO) is about to sell 250 apartments of its social housing project for low-income earners at Nhon Trach 1 industrial park.

(ĐN)- Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation (IDICO) is about to sell 250 apartments of its social housing project for low-income earners at Nhon Trach 1 industrial park.

Each apartment has an area of 34-57 sq.m, and is on sale for VND145-230 million.

A representative of IDICO said that the bank would support homebuyers by offering 10 year loans worth 80% of the total value of an apartment.

The buyers have to be state employees, revolutionary contributors, armed forces, workers at industrial parks and low-income earners.
