(ĐN)- On August 2, Dong Nai provincial Military Headquarters cooperated with the provincial Labor’s Union and Police Department to publicize the situation of East Sea to 260 workers of Thien Long Co. in Long Thanh industrial park
The event aims to help workers to thoroughly understand issues relating to the East Sea, especially to Vietnam’s sacred sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos, make clear the view of the Party and State on East Sea situation and point out the duties of people with nation’s building and protection.
At the session, the workers were elucidated the country’s sovereignty and China’s aggressive acts over East Sea, especially China's illegal placement of the drilling rig Haiyang Shiyou-981 deep in Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone. They were asked to promote production, keep themselves alert and avoid joining crowds that have a bad effect on local security and order.
