(ĐN)- Dong Nai province’s Charity Association on August 2 held a meeting to deploy tasks for 2014-2019 period.
Over the past five years, the association mobilized more than VND16.4 billion to in cash and goods to help disadvantaged people. Particularly, it assisted needy people and flood victims, provided free medical check-ups and medicines to poor patients, built charity houses for difficult households and awarded scholarships to studious students.
The association plans to raise VND13 billion in next five years.
